Views of the Tremper and Carl mountains across the Warner Brook valley from this serene and secluded forest covered hillside property. Just a couple miles to Phoenicia and a few more to Belleayre Ski Area. Several fine restaurants, shopping, and tourist activities are available nearby.

There is a driveway beginning at about 1,200 feet is roughed in partly to the top of Silver Hollow Mt at 1,750 feet elevation.

This area of the central Catskill Mountain Region has many recreational opportunities and abundant wildlife. Skiing is nearby at Belleayre and not too far away is Hunter. Hundreds of state maintained mountain hiking trails are available and the Esopus Creek at Phoenicia offers canoeing and kayaking as well as fishing. Hunting can be done by permit on the many thousands of acres off surrounding state owned ''Forever Wild'' forest lands.

Silver Hollow Rd is dead end and travelled only by local residents. Power and internet lines are on the road so can be accessed for use.
